Philadelphia will be the place to be in September. Jay-Z has announced that he is organizing a two-day music festival to take place on September 01 and 02. The event will feature nearly 30 acts from the world of rock, hip hop, latin, and dance. Actual participant names won't be revealed until May 21 - tickets will go on sale May 22.

The final judge on the American version of "X Factor" has been revealed and it is 19-year-old Demi Lovato. Lovato will join judges Simon Cowell and Britney Spears - who allegedly inked a deal worth 15 million dollars for her participation. Sources say though Lovato has a summer tour planned, the dates will not conflict with her new duties on "X Factor."

The French Riviera is gearing up for the world's glitziest film festival. Finishing touches are being made along Cannes' famous Croisette as the resort town prepares to host the 65th Cannes Film Festival. Taking center stage this year, Marilyn Monroe makes an appearance as the poster girl for the 2012 event. It will be a very North American-heavy festival, with Hollywood stars like Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and Kristin Stewart among others promoting their films. It will run from May 16 - 27.

Finally, Tim Burton and actor Johnny Depp held a news conference in Tokyo for their film "Dark Shadows." Burton got a little over-excited - falling off the stage at one point, luckily caught in time by a diligent staff member.
