As the debate over healthcare in the US intensifies, Barack Obama, the US president, is set to give a televised speech on Wednesday to sell his plan to a divided US public.
Obama's speech to the US congress is expected to offer more details about his plan to overhaul the $2.5 trillion US healthcare system. More than 46 million Americans are currently without health insurance.
But the president will face a tough job to convince Republicans, conservative groups, and some Democrats that his plan is the right way forward. Rob Reynolds reports.
