A ban on smoking in bars and restaurants has come into force in The Netherlands. However, in a country that has a long tradition of tolerance towards marijuana, it's only tobacco that will be outlawed. Customers will still be able to light up a joint in Amsterdam's notorious coffee shops. Jayne Azzopardi reports.
