Priyanka Gandhi Vadra while speaking at an election meeting at Raebareli (Bachharawan) as part of her campaign for Congress said that the non-Congress Governments in U.P did nothing for the development of UP. She said that the negative and opportunistic politics in the past two decades took the state backwards and developments reached a standstill. Priyanka Gandhi urged people to support Congress for the welfare of the people and progress of the state.
