Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is addressing an election meeting in Sultanpur during her poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. She said that the state Government in UP did not implement the Central schemes meant for the poor and aam aadmi properly. Priyanka Gandhi expressed her concern over lack of development in UP because of the misrule by the non-Congress Governments.
