Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza and four other terror suspects can be extradited to the US from Britain, the European Court of Human Rights ruled on Tuesday.

Judges in the French city of Strasbourg rejected the men's claims that detention in a high-security US jail amounts to degrading and inhumane treatment.

The ruling becomes final if there is no appeal within three months.
