Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is addressing an election meeting in Bachhrawan (Raebareli) during her poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. She said that non-Congress parties – SP, BSP and BJP – did nothing for the development in UP. Priyanka Gandhi detailed various welfare policies of Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre and also urged people to elect a Congress Government for bringing back development in UP.
