Representatives of around 50 countries have arrived in South Korea's capital Seoul for a summit aimed at reducing the risk of nuclear terrorism.

Speaking ahead of the gathering, President Barack Obama vowed to pursue further arms cuts with Russia as part of a broader nuclear disarmament agenda for the United States.
