He did find out that the calipers should be replaced. I was given a very detailed explanation and was shown why due to wear on the old pads. Now keep in mind I don't know jack about brakes. They did the repair job in no time. After a test drive they were not happy. David explained that they needed to work on one of the rotors again to get it right. After apologizing for the delay and taking longer than he had expected he offered to drive me somewhere if I needed something to eat or anything else.
