Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a well-attended election rally in Saharanpur said that Congress does not cheat the people by giving promises like the non-Congress parties – BJP, SP and BSP. She said that the misrule by the non-Congress parties in the past two decades ruined the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Central funds were looted and there has been rampant corruption, said Sonia Gandhi.
