Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that Congress can bring in changes in the state of Uttar Pradesh too like oit developed Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Delhi, Haryana and Assam. Encouraging the youth, Rahul Gandhi told them to stand up and change the bad state of affairs in the state. “We (Congress) changed Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Kerala, Haryana and Assam. We can transform UP too. I am here to support you. Your fight for development is my fight too”.
