Two days after a Dutch prince was critically injured in a ski accident, his family members prepare for a ski trip in the Austrian Alps.
The family is in the resort town where Prince Johan Friso was buried by an avalanche and remains in intensive care.
Crown Prince Willem-Alexander, his wife Princess Maxima and their children left their hotel Sunday to hit the nearby slopes.
Queen Beatrix and Friso's wife visited him in the hospital Saturday.
Officials described his condition as "stable but life threatening."
The queen's second son was skiing with a companion off of marked trails Friday when they were hit by a 30-metre-wide mass of snow.
According to the local mayor, he was pulled unconscious from the snow 20 minutes later.
