The people of U.P are forced to migrate to other cities for jobs. They are not able to get a job in Uttar Pradesh, said Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi. The people of U.P developed Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana and even Ladak said Rahul Gandhi.
