She reveals that the former DWTS contestant actually got down and demonstrated how to engage the core part of the abdomen in order to achieve that fabled "line down the middle" of the tummy. Apparently, The Situation doesn't even have to hold it in: dude naturally has a washboard-type stomach. We could not, however, get Kym on the ground and coerce a live demonstration out of Kym.
