Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing an election rally at Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh said that Congress never gives hollow promises but believes in action. Congress changed Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Kerala and Maharashtra he said. Rahul Gandhi said the strength is with the people not with the political parties.
