Survivors and their relatives of a ferry that sank off Papua New Guinea, spoke of their ordeal on Friday.
About 100 people are feared trapped inside a ferry that sank in rough weather off Papua New Guinea, a rescue official said, a day after the crowded boat went down with about 350 people on board.

"Accidents like, there were babies being drowned, some elderly people getting drowned, one boy making an attempt on the first turn of the ship and the propellor chopped him into pieces, and there was blood everywhere attracting the sharks."

"But she made it, she made it because she was a strong girl, and I just cried."
Papua New Guinea's Prime Minister Peter O'Neill has promised a full investigation into the sinking.
The ship's owners said they had no information about what caused the accident, adding that the vessel sank quickly and without sending a distress message.
