Sometimes there is a silver lining in a storm. Besides hitting the Hermon, this week's stormy winter weather also hit Cesarea. The city revealed an ancient marble statue of the Roman goddess of health -- Higyah who was most likely buried under the sea. Two months ago, another Roman statue was unearthed after a massive storm battered Israel's coast. The white marble statue of a woman was found after a cliff collapsed in the city of Ashkelon. The statue-- dates back about 1,800-2,000 years, officials at the Israel Antiquities Authorities (IAA) believe.
