A Lebanese citizen allegedly recruited by the Mossad and was recently arrested over espionage charges made frequent visits to Israel during which he was trained in surveillance techniques the Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar reported Tuesday. According to the report Ali Jarrah was taught to operate surveillance equipment and a radio transmitter when visting Israel. The newspaper said Jarrah led a double life and was married to two women.
