The aftermath of a deadly car bomb in Afghanistan's southwestern Helmand Province.
At least four Afghan civilians were killed -- including a child -- and over 30 people were wounded in the blast, which went off near the governor's office.
Provincial officials said three of those wounded for foreign nationals.
Helmand Province has been the site of some of the fiercest fighting since a multinational invasion in 2001.
The Taliban, who were largely ousted during the U.S.-led coalition offensive, still dominate several districts in Helmand.
