Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said he plans to ask the government to cut all ties with the Palestinian Authority. Speaking at a press conference Sunday Lieberman warned the Palestinians are planning a wave ofunprecedented violence in September along with the expected statehood recognition vote at the United Nations. According to the foreign minister the Palestinians are planning a number of activities including plans to march thousands to militarycheckpoints in the West Bank. He ridiculed Palestinian claims of plans to launch non violent protests saying their plan to march thousands towards checkpoints will lead to unprecedented violence . Cutting off ties with the Palestinian Authority is the only way to get the message across that they cannot work against Israel on international fronts without facing consequences, Lieberman said. They must understand that a price has to be paid, he said.
