The Israeli bus transportation company 'Metropolin' is planning to recruit at least 75 female bus drivers into their personnel. Once the recruit is completed the company would consist of 50% employees of each gender. The company declared that they decided to take upon themselves a new policy in which the professional scenery is changed for the better and to shake off the conservative notion that bus driving is strictly a man's territory. Considering the long bad reputation women have regarding their doubtful driving skills, it is not certain how this 'change of scenery' will affect the company's number of traveling clientele.
