The Hamas military wing has resumed its efforts to carry out terror attacks inside Israel, as evident in the narowly-averted attempt to detonate a huge car bomb in Tel Aviv during the Passover holiday.  It seems the political leadership of Hamas has little control over its military wing, despite Palestinian Prime Minsiter Ismail Haniyeh's efforts to show the political echelons still hold sway over the prisoner exchange deal.
