International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei confirmed that  radioactive material was found at the alleged nuclear site in Syria that was hit by the Israeli airforce in September but hastened to say that the agency needs more transparency from Syria and other nations to determine whether traces of uranium indicate Damascus was building a nuclear reactor there.11/18/08
