The  Arab world wasted no time in responding to the Winograd Commission's final report. On Thursday Lebanese Prime Mnister Fuad Siniora claimed the report calls for Israel to prepare for the next war which proves that it has not learned from its defeat. A statement issued by the Lebanese prime minister declared that the Lebanese people are united and capable of repelling an Israeli offensive.
