Hrithik Roshan addresses the media on his birthday.

"I don't think I would like to have a birthday party. It's just another day in your life. For me, every day is special. You learn something new everyday, and start afresh with that discovery. I like to make the best of everyday — to spread love and joy," says the birthday boy.

"The older one moves like a dart. If you are not fit enough, you can't keep up with him. The younger one is forever ready to play. Both of them are very agile. I need to be fit in order to keep pace with them. They too love the fact that I'm all game whenever they ask me to. While playing with them, I just need to keep in mind that I don't hurt my knee again," said the doting father.
