We are going to do a back hook open. So we are going to take our inside arm nice and high up the pole. The outside leg we are going to bring towards the pole, we are going to plant it on the ground, we re going to pivot, bring the outside arm across the chest and hold the pole. We are going to pivot on that leg. As we come back we are going to hook the leg and come back onto the knees. And then from here you can go ahead and bring your hands to the ground, your chest to the ground, unhook your foot, speed bump up, so chest to the ground, bottoms up, drag those fingertips, sit up and stand up, one foot, other foot, bottoms up, and then chest up.
So taking that inside arm nice and high, the outside leg we are gong to plant, we are going to pivot, we are going to push off, and we're going to spin around, bring the hands down, hands to the ground, chest to the ground, unhook the foot, speed bump back, drag those fingertips, sit up and stand up, one foot, other foot, bottoms up, chest up. And that is a back hook open.
