We are going to have our outside arm across the pole, holding on, shoulder blades down the back. We are going to step off with the inside foot, lift the outside foot. And then lift the other foot along, the other leg alongside of the outside legs. So we are going to go ahead and step, lift, and spin down to the ground.
And then from here, standing up, 1 foot, other foot, bottoms up and chest up. And let us go ahead and do the chair. Inside arm nice and high, outside arm across. We push off, we are going to lift. We are going to slide down the pole. We stand up, 1 foot, other foot, bottoms up, chest up. And that is the chair.
