TOOK CARE OF ENTIRE JOB!!! Just Brakes Englewood Colorado Part 1:My experience with the Just Brakes employees at this location have been absolutely outstanding. Although I'm frustrated that I've needed my brakes changed four times in less than four years, I'm confident it's the product not the employees. This most recent time, Joe completely took care of my issue. He confirmed it was a defect, and took care of my entire job when he certainly didn't have to.

SHOWED ME WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! JJ and Darren were outstanding! JJ took my car in immediately, explained and showed me what was going on, drove me back to work, called me with additional information and picked me up after the car was done. I couldn't ask for anything more (except a better car). This is great customer service. Thanks!
