Composer Ismail Darbar Speaks About Korea Tourism @ Opening In Mumbai

In order to promote tourism relations within India, Korea Tourism Organisation which has its India office in Delhi, has opened a representative office in Mumbai. The office will work to promote Korea as a premium tourism destination to the travel trade, consumers, media and airlines. The organisation plans to collaborate with travel agents based in Western India to introduce a wide array of travel options and is open for tie-ups with Indian tour operators, in order to promote the destination, according to a media release. Additionally, Korea Tourism is targeting segments such as MICE, leisure travel, honeymooners and is also keen on focusing on the Indian film industry. "Having representation in Mumbai will heighten the awareness of Korea's many attractions and the facilities in the country to further develop business and leisure travel," said Jae Sang, Lee, Director, Korea Tourism Organisation -- India. "We look forward to working closely with airlines and the Indian travel industry to expand this clearly growing market," he added.
