Effat is one of nine people killed during bloody clashes between demonstrators and soldiers.
More than 300 people have been wounded in the violence, sparked days after round two votes were cast in the first free election most Egyptians can remember.
Ten months after a popular revolt toppled President Hosni Mubarak, many Egyptians think the army generals who replaced him want to keep their hold on power.
