Rough cut (No reporter narration).
Israeli soldiers clashed with dozens of Jewish settlers trying to attack a Palestinian house in the West Bank city of Hebron on Saturday (November 19), angry over the release of one of its residents in a prisoner swap deal.
Former prisoner Hani Jaber spent 18 years in an Israeli jail for killing a settler from Kiryat Arba. He was released last month, along with hundreds of others, in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.
The 35-year-old had been sentenced to two life sentences for the killing.
On his return home to Hebron, Kiryat Arba settlers said they wanted revenge and put a 100,000 USD price tag on his head.
