Japanese movie fans went gaga on Wednesday (November 9) as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie walked on red carpet before Pitt's latest film Moneyball's Japan premier.
Some 400 fans crowded at Tokyo's International Forum convention hall to get their own glimpses of the one of the most famous couple in the world.
Pitt has turned to the world of baseball economics for his latest movie "Moneyball" where he played Billy Beane, the real-life general manager of Major League Baseball's Oakland A's, who is famed for reinventing the game by running a competitive team in a cost-effective way.
When asked if he ever wanted to be a baseball manager, Pitt said he's already a general manager of a "formidable" family.
SOUNDBITE Brad Pitt saying (English):
"I'm general manager of my family... maybe that's representative of multiple talents, mass differences and formidable team," Pitt said.
Golden Globe-winning Pitt, 44, and Oscar-winning Jolie, 33, have six children - three of whom are adopted.
Moneyball will be on theatres across Japan from Friday.
