GAVE ME A RIDE BACK TO MY HOUSE!!! The original 40-minute checkup & pad replacement with Just Brakes turned into something that would take a few hours, so the manager offered to drive me back to my house and then come get me again when they were done! Not completely unheard of, but unusual and very nice.
