A tenth Tibetan has set himself on fire to protest the Chinese regime's oppression, according to a rights group.
The London-based Free Tibet says the latest incident occurred Tuesday in Ganzi in Sichuan Province. That's about 95 miles south of Aba prefecture, where eight Tibetans have self-immolated since March.
The latest monk's name is Dawa Tsering. His current whereabouts are unknown.
According to an email statement, Free Tibet says Tibetans are driven to "make the ultimate sacrifice to draw attention to one of the world's worst and longest-running human rights crises."
