The Aerosmith front man is recovering after reportedly falling in his hotel bathroom.
Paraguay's largest newspaper, ABC, reported witnesses seeing Tyler in the hospital emergency room.
The newspaper said the 63-year-old spent about three hours in the hospital for cuts near his eyebrow and mouth - and said the singer also lost two of his teeth.
Tyler was in town to perform at a local rock festival.
ABC reported the concert, was postponed by one day.
