Congress President Sonia Gandhi said that UPA Government has trying their level best to over come the situation caused because of the global economic crisis. She was talking during a function to inaugurate the Rail Coach Factory in Raebareli. No government has done such developments works in the country like what UPA Government has been doing claimed Sonia Gandhi.
