Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that the agenda of the Congress is to work for the welfare of the Dalits and poor. He also said that people of Uttar Pradesh are angry with the state Government. He added that he is committed to more developments in Amethi and Raebareli. The Central Governments have been formulating schemes and policies for the state of Uttar Pradesh like MGNREGA and the UPA Government is serious about the developments in the state said Rahul Gandhi. But U.P. Govt is ignoring the state.
