Over working your muscles can lead to inflammation and increased mucus production. Most Asthma symptoms are triggered by allergies, emotions, and stress. Asthma can seriously change the way you live your life. Many people who have allergies to dust will be forced to change their house carpets, as well as all their furniture, linens, etc, and anything else that collects dust. Some Asthma sufferers are forced to try to avoid causing stress, although it is not possible to completely eliminate stress. Medications can help, but they cannot fully stop you from having an attack. Unfortunately, Asthma is not a curable disease. However, some people grow out of it as they age
