Paramedics were called on to the Ellen DeGeneres show when the hostess suffered from chest pains. That however, did not stop the 53-year-old comic from staying at work and taping an episode of her show. She was quoted saying "I was feeling a tightness in my chest, like something heavy was on my chest and it was a cat so I moved it. I still felt the tightness and heaviness so there was another cat under that cat. So I was like, I should check this out. It's better to be safe than sorry. Who doesn't want to see a fireman occasionally?"
