In this video Houston attorney Gregg Anderson of the law offices of Terry Bryant answers the question: How are motorcycle accidents different from car accidents?
They are actually more similar than they are dissimilar. Motorcycle operators are required to follow traffic laws and rules of the road just like the operator of a car or truck. Motorcycles are obviously different than cars. The thing that is most different is that motorcycles are harder to see and tend to run into problems that cars don't run into just because people often don't see them.
