Two U.S. American men convicted of spying in Iran landed in Oman following their release earlier on Wednesday.
It was a warm welcome for Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal, who were arrested in mid-2009 along Iran's border with Iraq where they said they were hiking.
Sarah Shourd, who had also been detained in Iran but released last September was also at the airport.
Josh Fattal expressed his thanks.

"We are so happy to be free and we are relieved that we are free..."
The two men were found guilty of illegal entry and espionage and sentenced last month to eight years in prison but were freed on a $1 million bail paid by the U.S.-allied Gulf state of Oman.
