Brad Pitt is in damage control mode after what he says are misinterpreted comments about ex-wife Jennifer Aniston that were published in a Parade magazine profile. The 47-year-old Pitt is quoted as saying he is now a "satisfied man" in his relationship with Angelina Jolie. The "Moneyball" star said that prior to Jolie, he wasn't living an interesting life and that his marriage to Aniston had something to do with it. Pitt tried to clarify his comments, saying it was not a reflection on Aniston but on his own feelings. Pitt and Aniston were married in 2000, and he has largely avoided talking about her since their 2005 divorce.
Supermodel and TV host Heidi Klum was named on Thursday (September 15) as the most dangerous celebrity in cyberspace, inviting malware and viruses to flourish on computers. Internet security firm McAfee said searching for downloads and screensavers for Klum runs a nearly one in 10 chance of landing on a malicious website with spyware, spam, phishing and other viruses designed to steal personal information. CNN talk show host Piers Morgan was the most dangerous male celebrity in the survey.

Former Beatle Paul McCartney posted wedding banns this week in London. It allows McCartney to marry New York heiress Nancy Shevell any time 16 days after the September 14 posting at the Register office. It will be McCartney's third marriage. Shevell and McCartney are believed to have begun dating after the Fab Four singer's bitter split with second wife, former model Heather Mills. McCartney's spokesman declined to comment on the wedding plans.
