Police and the Colombian military have captured a senior FARC guerrilla, who was believed to be responsible for collecting extortion money and ransoms. The man, who's known by the alias Victor Mejia, is also a suspect in the kidnapping of former Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt in 2002.
