Ingredients - 1 cup chana dal 50 gm moong wadi 1 tomato 1 onion 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tsp coriander powder Few coriander leaves 2 tbsp ghee & oil 2 cups water Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the ghee. Add the moong wadi and fry till golden brown. Add cumin seeds, onion, tomatoes and mix well. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dal, green chilli, water and mix well. Add the fried moong wadi into the dal, salt and let it cook well. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
