So, also, as the temperature and your perspiration and your activity level increases, your need for water will increase as well. A good way to tell how hydrated you are is to look at your urine. If it is a pale yellow color, you are probably pretty hydrated. If it is the color of a golden, bright sunset, you probably need to drink more water.
