Two scientists who worked with Ryan’s father in past, arrive at Cross World City to gain assistance from Professor Hart to complete their formula to double the world’s gas supplies. They turn to the troopers to guide them to Professor Hart’s laboratory, but the two scientists get kidnapped by Skugs so that Grimlord can prevent from stopping his alter ego ‘Karl Ziztor’ from having complete control of the world’s fuel supply.

Ryan successfully bring the formula back to the lab, but it is up to Kaitlin and JB to rescue Leah and Mikail from General Ivar and a bot named Terminoid.
