China's roads are among the world's most dangerous, with traffic laws and safety widely flouted. Drink driving was classified as criminal offence just two months ago. Since then the number of drink driving deaths has fallen by a third from the same period last year but that does not mean everyone is happy with the new law. A voiced AFPTV report.
