Alex Merced discusses that raising taxes on the Wealthy and Corporation may not be as extreme on an existing corporation hiring as it's proposed to be. Although it does demonstrate it's effects on an economies savings and capital markets which is a sign of less new businesses and industries, which does effect hiring and growth.
