A Chinese Crested Chihuahua mix is the winner of the 2011 World's Ugliest Dog competition, staged annually at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California. Benefiting charity, most entrants are former shelter dogs. Tim Minton says the 14 year-old winner beat the hairless, the tongue-slobbering and one-eyed competition to win $1000, a trophy and the chance to defend his title next summer.
