Bone broth is rich and nutritious. It adds great flavor to any savory dish. It is also extremely economical if you stew the bones until they begin to dissolve. We stew them for about 24 hours, covered in water, with about two tablespoons of culinary vinegar. We allow the bone broth to simmer. We use this process with all bone types with great success.
